Get Up Early for 21 Days

  1. The following rules needs to be applied at least 5 days a week.

  2. Start over if break during the 21 days.

  3. Do the following in order to count as a day.

     No sleep in bed in the morning.
    
     No cellphone in bed.
    
     Get up before 8:00 am.
